Why do you require a deposit?

Davis Mountain Builders is not a bank and will not finance your project. Even before we actually show up at your building site: we have met with you; we consulted with our subcontractors; we have designed the project; we have figured out what materials we need and when we need them; we have figured how we are going to accomplish your project; we have purchased materials. Every single day increases our expenses.
