What is a final acceptance payment?

You will be invoiced for final acceptance when we think that the project is totally complete: there are no tasks left undone, nothing is on back order, nothing needs to be changed, everything works, we have picked up our tools and left. You will pay the final acceptance when you agree that this is true. (This does not prevent you from calling us when you discover an issue after your payment.)
